comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe Double Room with Bath, where the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities made for a cozy atmosphere. The location was ideal, just a short 10-minute stroll to the city center, allowing me to easily access all the sights. I was particularly impressed by the delightful little gifts in the room, including complimentary snacks and drinks, which added a personal touch to my experience.

missingWrote a review on 24 Octdirty bathtublate breakfast
The bathtub was less than spotless, which is just unacceptable. I expected breakfast at a proper hour, not 9 o'clock, which practically ruins your day’s plans. A complimentary upgrade would have surely compensated for these inconveniences, but clearly, I was just another guest here. I almost considered a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Spacious rooms and thoughtful details
The room was a delightful surprise, boasting high ceilings and a beautiful Gothic design. It was immaculately clean and offered plenty of space for our family.
One minor hiccup was the breakfast ordering mix-up, as our online requests didn't reach the café. We had to double-check the next day about availability.

Self check-in was a breeze! Loved the clean room equipped with a kettle, comfy bed, and even extra towels. The prompt WhatsApp replies were a nice touch!
The lockers were a bit dodgy—lucky I didn't need to stash my crown! Cleaning was optional for a price—let's hope they don't start charging for the air!

It was just a fitting option for a whistle-stop in Prague with great value. The reception team were really helpful in showing us how to use the trams, making it easy to explore the city. Bring a travel adapter if you need to charge devices. not all plugs are standard.
